Report Summary
A comparison trial was conducted on Maurice and Ben Davey’s wheat paddock in Alectown, north of Parkes Shire, to evaluate the impact of BEST TM Agricultural (TM Ag) treatment. The results, observed after just one application, left them impressed.
Maurice noticed a clear distinction between the treated and untreated wheat. On the treated side, the wheat appeared slightly darker and taller, with a visible crop line marking the difference. The soil health improvements were also evident, as the treated soil was noticeably more friable and moist. Furthermore, the wheat roots on the treated side were more robust, indicating better development.
A leaf Brix test revealed a significant improvement, with the treated wheat showing a 33.33% higher Brix level (16 °Bx) compared to the untreated wheat (12 °Bx). Yield mapping will be performed during harvest to further quantify the results.
This trial demonstrates the exceptional performance of TM Ag, even after a single application, in rejuvenating soil health. Healthier soil fosters better crop growth and enhances nutrient uptake, resulting in more vigorous and resilient plants.
