Pt. Bestindo Solusi Integra (BSi), in partnership with Best Enviro Tech (Asia) Pte Ltd, promotes Canadian agricultural innovations from Best Farming Systems, including BEST Terramend Agricultural (TM Ag) and Active Ingredients 73 (Ai73) for soil rejuvenation.
In December 2022, BSi collaborated with Dinas Pertanian Kuningan Cikaso branch to trial TM Ag and Ai73 on a managed paddy plot. Overseen by Pak Arwadi, the trial aimed to evaluate the products’ impact on Ciherang rice variety, a common monoculture crop in Indonesia. BSi provided consistent support and performance monitoring.
During the March 29, 2023 harvest, a 21% yield increase was observed in the treated 6.5 m² quadrant compared to the control. The economic benefit was calculated at an lucrative 500%, underscoring TM Ag and Ai73’s potential for enhancing paddy farming profitability in Cikaso.
