Pt. Bestindo Solusi Integra (BSi), in partnership with Best Enviro Tech (Asia) Pte Ltd, promotes Canadian agricultural products, particularly BEST Terramend Agricultural (TM Ag) and Active Ingredients 73 (Ai73), for soil rejuvenation. In December 2022, BSi introduced these products to Pak Jana, a paddy farmer in West Java, Indonesia. Pak Jana tested TM Ag and Ai73 on a portion of his one-hectare paddy field planted with Ciherang rice. BSi provided after-sales support, monitoring the products’ performance. During cultivation, Pak Jana observed improved plant health and fuller grain filling in the treated plot. The harvest on March 26, 2023, revealed a 34% higher yield in the TM Ag and Ai73-treated plot compared to the untreated area. The economic benefit of using these products was calculated at 605%, demonstrating their significant impact on productivity and profitability.
