Boosting Cotton Performance: The Transformative Impact of BEST TM Ag on Soil and Yields in Avondale, NSW Australia

Summary Report

An assessment of BEST Terramend Agricultural (TM Ag) on Sicot 74 cotton at Avondale farm revealed a significant 12.77% improvement in cotton boll counts, with TM Ag-treated fields averaging 159 bolls per meter, compared to 141 bolls per meter in the control fields. Additionally, cotton plants in the TM Ag-treated fields were visibly larger.

Soil examinations further highlighted the benefits of TM Ag treatment. Soil from the treated field exhibited a darker color, greater friability, and better aggregation compared to the control field.

These findings demonstrate that TM Ag promotes soil rejuvenation, as evidenced by the marked improvement in soil structure and water retention. This enhanced soil health translated into better cotton plant growth and a higher yields
